Customer Service Rating Values
All values are rated on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being highest recognizing outstanding customer service.
Overall Rating
The overall rating is how you feel about your customer service experience as a whole. This rating should take into consideration the other 5 values of customer service.
Knowledge
How knowledgeable were the representatives of the business? Were they able to answer your questions or properly direct you to someone who could better answer your questions or assist you with your customer service issues?
Attitude
How was the general attitude of the representatives you encountered during your experience? Were they friendly, professional and willing to assist you in your time of service need?
Responsiveness
How quickly was your issue addressed? Were representatives steadfast to serve your needs? Were they sincere and willing to try and solve your issue?
Resolution
Many businesses rate high in knowledge, attitude and responsiveness but low in resolution. Resolution should be rated on how well the business solved your issue. Ultimately, after the previous aspects are encountered, was the business able to resolve you issue and satisfy your need?
Follow Up
Where it applies, follow up is very important. Did the business contact you to make sure your needs and expectations of their services were met? Did they check to make sure your issue was indeed resolved?
