What is ConsumerVine?
ConsumerVine is a network of consumers, mostly business travelers that rate and review customer service experiences they encounter while using travel service providers. ConsumerVine targets customer service quality in the travel industry and notifies service providers of the ratings made by the consumer network. All of the ratings are strictly created by you, the consumer not a critic or service expert. ConsumerVine allows consumers to sign up and freely review and share reviews with other consumers. Though you must be a member to make reviews you do not have to be to see reviews. Anyone can become a member; there are no membership fees, we just ask you fill out a simple registration form.
Why sign up and use ConsumerVine?
ConsumerVine is aiming to be the largest network of consumer reviews in the country. ConsumerVine allows consumers to voice and share their opinions about customer service freely though the network. The number one goal of ConsumerVine is to improve the customer service experience for the consumer. And since membership is free, why not sign up?
Why is ConsumerVine travel-industry focused?
Though customer service is suffering in many business sectors, ConsumerVine has found through vigorous market research that the travel industry has seen the most dramatic decline in customer service quality. ConsumerVine aims to help remedy this sharp decline by empowering travelers though the network.
Why is membership free?
Membership is free to allow consumers to write their opinions about services they have already paid for. ConsumerVine wouldn’t ask consumers who have paid for a service to then pay membership fees to voice their opinions. Word-of-mouth communication is the most effective form of review and word-of-mouth is free. ConsumerVine is a way for consumers to utilize word-of-mouth communication on a much greater scale and if membership is free, more consumers will join the network allowing a better analysis of customer service.
What is a VineReview?
A VineReview is a consumer’s opinion of customer service quality at any given travel service provider. The member fills out a simple form and then it is made viewable to any consumer who visits the site.
How do I write a VineReview?
Simply click Write a VineReview and fill out the form or click Search VineReviews to find the business you want to review, then click the Write a VineReview link. Once submitted, your VineReview will be posted to the ConsumerVine network and made viewable on the site.
How do I get my colleagues and friends to join?
The number one way to inform colleagues and friends about ConsumerVine is word of mouth, but since ConsumerVine is a word-of-mouth site you can click the Share ConsumerVine link, type in their email address(s) and send. They will then be invited to check out ConsumerVine.com.
